The staff have been great and the food was good. The pool and restaurant are fine and have some character, but our large GF room feels gloomy and tired. To me, the hotel has a suburban three-star feel and is barely holding onto that third star. We're here for one night as part of an Exodus tour. I don't know what we're paying, but if I'd researched it myself, I doubt I would have chosen it. If we return here at the end of the trip, it could be a disappointing finish to what I hope will be a wonderful holiday. The reviews calling it beautiful are probably fake.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and I liked having breakfast by the pool. There's a basic gym too. We stayed three nights and were very satisfied.

The staff are nice, and the place is pretty, quiet, and calm. Rooms are fairly spacious, the gym and pool are great, and unlimited water is a welcome touch. It's reasonably close to points of interest, with free Wi-Fi that's usable but not especially fast. The downsides were dirty sheets that didn't seem to be changed regularly and an included breakfast with little variety. The food didn't look fresh, and the hot dishes were only lukewarm. The electronic locks can be troublesome, so you may need to ask for a manual key. Restaurant prices also felt high for what they serve.

The neighborhood felt like downtown, and you could tell. The room smelled like old Brie cheese, as my five-year-old put it, and the paint was peeling. Everything felt really beat up. At check-in, they made us sign that we wouldn't flush toilet paper. The photos were great, but this felt like a low-end motel. In the US, I'd call it a roadside motel in the middle of nowhere.

We chose this place for the area and reasonable price, but left right after seeing the room. The receptionist was kind and moved us to an upgraded room because smoke was coming in through an open window from someone smoking outside. Then I saw something crawling on the counter. Lifting the coffee machine sent cockroaches scattering everywhere, and we found more in the bathroom and under the bed. We grabbed our things and checked out. Cockroach infestation!
