There's jungle right in the backyard, and I had a private room and bathroom. The place was quiet, clean, safe, and simple, with a lovely price. Host Gabriel was great. I'd come back.

Birds are all around the peaceful garden, and the hostel is just a two-minute walk from the town center. Gabriel was a very attentive host, and we spent a lot of time with him and some of his family, who helped us learn about birds and wildlife in general. The double room had a very comfortable bed and private bathroom with hot water. The kitchen is huge and has everything you need to cook properly. A perfect spot for time in Santa Elena, highly recommended.

Gabriel's hostel was a great base, only a three-minute walk from downtown Santa Elena. We stayed two nights, and he was a friendly, attentive host. The room was clean, with a comfortable bed and hot water, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Thanks for everything!
