The place was easy to relax in, whether I was reading my book or heading out, since activities were all within walking distance. Daniel, the surf coach, will have you ripping in no time! Everyone who works there is top notch and happy to help if you ask. It truly felt like a home away from home. The rooms were immaculate and cleaned every day, and the breakfast was sooo good.

We spent three nights at Lucero in November and couldn’t have asked for a better stay in Santa Terese. The room was lovely, with beautiful details, and the staff were so friendly, including the dog. Highly recommend it.

The private villa was gorgeous, with plenty of room for our group. Lucero felt like its own little retreat, with lovely gardens, a yoga studio, and a private pool, while still being perfectly placed for walks around Santa Teresa. The staff made everything easy and comfortable. Daniel and Issac were fantastic surf instructors, adapting to all the different levels in our group and bringing both great coaching and a lot of fun. We had an unforgettable stay and will definitely be back.

We had the best surf session of our lives with Dan and Daniel, who took us to a great spot. Everyone on staff was kind and helpful, and the location was excellent. Breakfast was delicious too, with gallo pinto and fresh eggs every morning. They also helped arrange our airport rides. We’ll absolutely return.
