Sonia and Esteban were wonderful hosts, and Esteban was very accommodating. He gave us helpful ideas for places to eat and tours, and Sonia even offered a yoga session for fun. We wish we could have stayed longer and can’t wait to return. The house was spacious and very comfortable for our family of seven, including kids aged two to six. They had a pack and play for our youngest, and the clean kitchen was well stocked. The saltwater pool and outdoor area were lovely, with a thatched hut for shade. Breakfast was fabulous: fresh fruit with chia seeds, berry yogurt, a vegetable omelette, strong hot coffee, toast, and freshly squeezed juice. We also loved hearing howler monkeys at dawn and dusk.

The setting was lovely and quiet, just outside the town center, apart from the occasional entertaining howler monkey. Stephane and Sonia made us feel so welcome and did everything they could to make our stay comfortable. They also prepared a wonderful, healthy breakfast. Thanks for a really enjoyable visit!

Stefan and Sonia were gracious hosts and shared plenty of ideas for things to do nearby. They also served us a filling breakfast. The room was roomy and clean, with its own bathroom, fresh bedding and towels, a small desk, and a mini-fridge. Even the bar soap had a fresh lime-zest smell. The property is mostly shaded by trees, with lots of lawn chairs and hammocks to relax in.

We had a lovely, quiet time in the hammocks and pool, and the nourishing breakfast was great too. Our hosts greeted us so warmly and had helpful local suggestions. Thanks for looking after us and bringing such wonderful energy!

We stayed for 12 nights and really liked the outdoor kitchen and BBQ area, which we used often. The hosts were fantastic, friendly, helpful, and around whenever we needed them. Free coffee all day was a nice extra. The pool was great for unwinding, and everything was well maintained. Our room was clean, modern, and comfortable. There’s also a basic outdoor gym set in the jungle and a lookout tower where you can take in the surroundings. We’d absolutely stay here again.
