We arrived with a group of 10 and were treated so kindly the whole time, from check-in through departure. The experience was better than I expected. Joaquin was a fantastic property manager, especially good at solving problems and helping our group. London, one of the volunteers, went out of his way to make us feel at home, and everyone loved him. The kitchen staff made really tasty food, and the pancakes were my favorite. Gracias chicas

The vibe at Dream Surf House in Playa Avellanas is relaxed and geared more toward surfing and adventure than partying. It’s a small place, with around 30 guests max. Joaquin was a great host, and Carla made sure things were taken care of. The beach is a short walk away, and they can help arrange rides for surf lessons. The instructors knew their stuff, and I found the surf theory really useful. Rooms were comfortable, the shared spaces were good for hanging out, and the pool was a favorite. Highly recommend!

This place has a charm of its own. It’s small and casual, more laid back than luxurious, but I had one of my best travel experiences here. I came with friends, met other guests, mostly solo travelers, and everyone got along. The food, yoga classes, and surfing lessons were all amazing. The staff were incredible and helpful, and Joaquin made the trip more memorable with his hospitality and recommendations. I’d suggest Dream Sea in Tamarindo if you’re after more of a party scene.

The camp team is friendly and always ready to help. They really did help make my dream happen: I asked for photos of me cantering with a surf board, and they made it happen. Thank you so much to the whole team :)

Such a lovely little paradise! The volunteers were really nice and involved. Ana is the best surf instructor you could ask for. It’s a great place to connect with people. I totally recommend it 💗 Thanks to the whole team.
