The location was great, and we liked being a bit off the beaten track while still only five minutes from the beach and Main Street. The pool area was fantastic and open late, with a bar open until 5pm, and there were lots of nice places to relax, including right in front of each room. We stayed in room 8, which was gorgeous, with good air conditioning and a small kitchen area. The complex was spotless and to a very good standard. We were welcomed back with goodies, and it felt like they'd thought of everything. Breakfast had lots of choice, and the staff were amazing. I would absolutely recommend it.

You can walk to everything from this amazing Tamarindo hotel, but it's just far enough off the path to be a quiet retreat when you need one. Breakfast was amazing, and all the staff were so nice, especially Russell. We'll definitely stay here again.

The shower water pressure could've been stronger, but we were happy with our stay. The location is just off the main strip, close to the main road and beach. AC and fridge both worked wonderfully, and parking was available. There's also a water filter station for filling bottles and an ice machine, which can save a lot of money. Breakfast was delicious.

Last December, my family and I had a reservation here, but when we arrived there was no reservation. The manager on duty took no responsibility, and the money we'd paid was never returned. She didn't even say sorry and acted as if it was our fault. Terrible experience. Don't stay here, this place is a scam! 🚨🚨🚨

I first stayed for a week, then came back for a month. This family-owned boutique hotel is right in downtown Tamarindo, so it's easy to get anywhere in town. The Tamarindo shuttle drops you right at the hotel and takes you straight back to the airport. The hosts were gracious, courteous, and respectful, and I got warm welcomes and enthusiastic five-star hospitality from everyone. There are great amenities, including massage, a fantastic pool, and an outdoor kitchen and barbecue area that's a plus if you like to cook. Across the street is my favorite little breakfast bistro, Buon Appetito. It's a must for me.
