The place itself is nice, but there was an actual mouse in the kitchen and the beds smelled damp, or just awful. The administrative staff did nothing about the mouse. You could tell the room hadn’t been cleaned in a long time.

We left to find another place that felt safe, then returned to collect our things and move out as soon as possible. To this day, no one has accepted responsibility for the damage to our car. We suggested calling the traffic police, but Giuseppe refused because he said it was private property. Since September 15th, we’ve been waiting for the promised response from the “lawyers.” They didn’t even have a decent key, so I doubt they have a team of lawyers. We came because the online photos showed something very different from what we found. Cleaning was poor, windows were boarded with cardboard, the main lock was faulty, the pool was dirty, the jacuzzi didn’t work, and the parking gate was defective. The supposed parking area was being used as an illegal laundromat and had several cameras, none of them working. Our vehicle was hit there. We were the only tenants living there. When we raised what had happened with the owner, Giuseppe, he said, “I'm not responsible for anything. I should put up a sign saying so.” We also spoke with the “manager” who hands out the keys. Giuseppe sent us to talk to the tenant people called infamous, who stayed at the mini-market on the corner of the infamous cheap hotel. He was a rude, arrogant, indecent, intimidating Mexican man. He denied responsibility even though his car had the same paint as ours, and ours had the same paint as his car. Giuseppe then told us, “Go to the beach and don't worry, when you get back I'll take care of it.” We did go, but to look for a different and, above all, safe place. Please avoid this place. I don’t usually write reviews like this, but it felt completely unsafe. I also consider it false advertising, because we got nothing like what the photos showed.

The room was fine, seemed clean, and had a well-equipped kitchen. The location is average, and the property seems to have been better in the past. It now shows noticeable wear, especially outside around the pool, gate, and parking lot. The driveway is in terrible shape, and a low-clearance car simply couldn’t get in. Getting into the underground garage is also difficult because the space is narrow and has potholes.

A nice place to spend time with family. Just be aware there are no ramps or elevator for getting to the upper rooms.
