We booked Casa Tamarindo through Airbnb and found the place dirty and unkempt, the opposite of what the reviews had led us to expect. We used a broken rake to clear debris from in front of our cabana and from the pool. The units have a lot of potential if they're maintained regularly, and the location and value are great. But guests shouldn't have to take part in the maintenance program. It's on the corner of East Rd. and C.L. Cruz, and the photos on the site looked great.

Aryana was attentive and very helpful, and everything was tidy so we could just enjoy our stay. The bathroom was spacious, and the air conditioning made it comfortable to get good rest. We loved the pool and fully equipped outdoor kitchen. Monkeys, iguanas, and squirrels visited us in the treetops during the day. It's a beautiful, super quiet and comfortable place close to the beach. I highly recommend it!
