The online pictures don't match what we found: broken furniture, stained carpets, and crumbling infrastructure. The resort is in severe disrepair, with serious hygiene and maintenance problems that make it uninhabitable by modern standards. Cockroaches roamed the buffet while it was open, and mold throughout the property, including the air conditioning units, walls, and bathrooms, left a constant musty smell and raised serious health concerns. The facilities need a complete renovation. Food quality and choice were among the worst we've experienced at an all-inclusive resort. In my opinion, this needs more than basic repairs. I'd strongly advise potential guests to avoid it, even for one night. Any savings aren't worth the health risks and poor conditions. The hotel should be demolished and rebuilt from the ground up!

The staff are efficient and very professional, and the food is so nice. The rooms are great, with good service and a nice view. It's comfortable, quiet, and enjoyable at this time of year. A very nice resort, 100% recommendable.

There are always empty chairs by the pool and on the beach, so it's a great spot for a relaxing trip. The staff make you feel like family, and Christmas Eve dinner was amazing!

The beach was spotless and absolutely gorgeous, easily the resort's highlight. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The resort is beachfront and about 15 minutes from CCC, with a 24-hour snack bar and lobby bar. Rooms are a little dated, but mine was clean, the bed comfortable, and the shower hot. The food was just okay, nothing special, while the coffee was excellent. 3.5 stars.
