The rooms were spacious, clean, and well maintained, and the staff were friendly and attentive throughout my stay. The setting is beautiful, with lovely views and easy beach access. Enrique was especially kind and helpful, making everything easier and more fun. Alvis and Leo kept the energy up with engaging performances and a friendly manner. There was plenty to enjoy, from the pool and dining options to a variety of activities and delicious meals. Niosbel and the rest of the staff helped make that part of the stay great too. It was both relaxing and fun, and I highly recommend the resort. I can't wait to come back.

The excursions were a highlight for us. They were well organized, led by competent guides, and took us to beautiful natural places and must-see attractions. The hotel also had plenty to do during the day, from dance classes to water sports, with something for every family member. The evening shows changed each night, were high quality, and gave us a fun way to discover local culture. Meals were delicious, and the buffet had a wide range of local and international dishes. There was always something new to try, with fresh ingredients and careful presentation. The entertainment and food added a lot to an exceptionally comfortable stay. Staff welcomed us warmly from the moment we arrived and were courteous, attentive, and ready to help. Rooms were cleaned daily, the beds were comfortable, and everything stayed spotless. We had a paradise-like stay at this southern all-inclusive hotel, with comfort, cleanliness, great food, and entertainment that exceeded our expectations.

The team here deserves a medal for their hospitality and determination. A fire broke out in one of the bars and restaurants while we were there. Staff put it out before the Fire Department arrived, then improvised a new bar and worked extra hours to provide additional services. Henry, the customer service rep, helped us manage the disruption and even arranged an extra special meal. What could have been a disastrous vacation became one of our best Cuban winter trips. This place has a great vibe, with funny, friendly staff and lovely open views of the ocean. It's a little gem: the beach is gorgeous, and the compact resort is easy to get around. The rooms are very nice, and the food is really good, like home cooking. There are a few things you just have to work around. My patio doors don't always slide smoothly, so I leave them open most of the day. It's often windy, and I prefer the natural breeze coming through the room. After dinner, they can be short on spoons for ice cream, so I'd suggest bringing your own.
