Jorge welcomed us with a cocktail and a takeaway lunch, and looked after us attentively throughout our stay at Hostal Bao Bao. Across from the hostel there is a very good restaurant, with other nice nightlife spots nearby. We spent two nights here, and the location was convenient, right in the old town and 500 mt from "Plaza Vieja". We picked a street-facing balcony room and got to experience the real cuban atmosphere. The rooms have been recently refurbished, and the beds were comfortable and clean. There is wifi, though it sometimes doesn't work, which is normal in Cuba. I definitely recommend Bao Bao!

There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, and our room was clean and comfortable. The AC worked the whole time. We had a great stay at Baobao, with extremely attentive and friendly staff. Wifi can be spotty because it's Cuba, but they do all they can to help you connect.

From here, it's easy to wander the streets and walk around Havana. We stayed for the first and last nights of our trip and highly recommend it. The place was cozy, had all the amenities, and the friendly staff were ready to help anytime. The food was excellent.

We arrived really late on our first day and couldn't let them know, but the staff stayed up past midnight waiting for us. The room was spacious and had everything, including a mini-bar and balcony. Service and hospitality were excellent, breakfast came with fresh fruit and eggs cooked to order, and everything was kept clean and well maintained. They also have 24-hour security. I had a very pleasant stay and would gladly return. Thanks to the whole team for the great work they do every day.

A small boutique hotel, and the staff member was very helpful. The Wi-Fi wasn't a problem here, unlike what is common throughout Cuba. Wishing them success...
