Hostal Real Cervantes

There are only three bedrooms, so the place feels quite intimate. Upstairs has colonial decor, and Darian, a physiotherapy student, was there to make breakfast each morning. It's a beautiful house in the heart of the historic district, very well located. Just be aware that the stairs to the upper floor are a bit steep.

The host made us feel right at home, welcoming us with a cocktail, suggesting places to see, and helping us arrange safe transport. She was exceptional, and the freshly made breakfast included with the stay was a lovely way to begin each day ;) We were very happy with our recent stay in Havana. The hostel was pleasant to look at, clean, and comfortable. Thank you, Yare!

It's in a very central spot in Havana's historic center, close to museums, historic sites, restaurants, and bars. Facing Cervantes Park, it has a peaceful view and makes for a pleasant rest. The rooms are comfortable, elegant, and pleasant, and the breakfast was complete and beautifully prepared. Cleanliness and luxurious service make it an ideal place to stay.

We'd heard about this place before our trip to Cuba, and choosing it turned out to be our best decision. It's in Old Havana, so we didn't need taxis and could get a feel for the real Cuba. The place was very clean, the service excellent, and the waitress was helpful and attentive. We also had a wonderful breakfast and a complimentary cocktail every day.
