We were there two nights, about a week before Havanna's 500th anniversary. The rooms had lovely vintage furniture and were very clean. We ate in the room overlooking the waterfront in the morning. We had booked the 7th floor, but agreed to move to the 3rd because of renovations. It was nice there, though we had to go upstairs to get free wifi. Someone was always around if we needed help or had questions. Since we didn't speak Spanish, they assisted us with Google Translate.
