The owners were kind and helped us more than once with health and other issues, which made up for some of the house's drawbacks. It's spacious, newly built, and clean, but the courtyard gets a lot of sun and has little planting. There's no Wi-Fi either.
Ferreiro is a quiet residential area and one of the city's main urban zones, with five major avenues meeting nearby. From the property, you can easily reach two of the city's main hotels, along with bars, nightclubs, restaurants, bus and taxi stops, shops, markets, pharmacies, an international medical clinic, currency exchange, banks, travel agencies, ticket sales for buses and planes, and car and motorcycle rentals. It's an excellent location, with all services close at hand.
Very good service, very clean, and well located. A good place to get some rest.
I won't spend my time sharing my opinion or lecturing the person who runs this business.
