The dining room had a rich variety of choices, and meals were a pleasure. In the evenings, the bar was a highlight too. It had a relaxed, charming feel, and the cocktails were expertly made, balanced, refined, and clearly prepared with passion. I had to leave without properly saying goodbye to the lady who made the best drink in the house. I hope we meet again someday. I spent two wonderful nights here while traveling from Havana to Trinidad. The room was comfortable, well equipped, and kept spotless with great attention to detail. The hotel itself is elegant and inviting. From the moment I arrived, reception welcomed me with unusual warmth and sincerity. It felt less like a hotel and more like being invited into a beautiful home. Leaving felt like the first step of a waltz, elegant and emotional, but far too soon. It’s a rare place I’d happily return to the very next day. A magical stay made unforgettable by the exceptional, enchanting staff.

In the heart of Trinidad, Iberostar Grand Trinidad is an elegant, beautifully maintained hotel. The colonial architecture and central location make it easy to explore the city’s charm. Rooms are stylish, spacious, and comfortable, and the staff are attentive, friendly, and exceptionally hospitable. The food and cocktails were excellent. It’s a lovely mix of luxury, comfort, and an authentic Cuban atmosphere. Highly recommended!

The hotel’s atmosphere is marvelous, and its location in Trinidad is perfect. The city center is about a 15-minute walk away. The staff are absolutely amazing.

The staff made a big family trip with four kids so much better. The doorman, receptionist, manager, and housekeepers were all friendly and ready to help. We were especially impressed that the manager walked around checking in with guests to make sure everyone was happy. Our rooms were spacious, lovely, and very clean, and customer service was amazing. We stayed two months ago, right downtown in beautiful Trinidad.

The only real problem was the internet: it didn't reach the rooms, so we could only get online in the lobby. I hope the hotel can fix that. Otherwise, the rooms were comfortable, breakfast was delicious, and the location puts you right in the heart of Trinidad. It's a beautiful city to visit, and I'd recommend staying here. Thanks for having us ☺️
