We waited two hours for the starters, then another 45 minutes for the main courses, and three of those arrived cold. We were the only people in the restaurant, but the owner was nowhere around. The waitress understood why we were frustrated and agreed to charge us only for the starters and beers. This wasn't the meal we expected, easily my worst restaurant experience.

6/10
The staff are upbeat, friendly, and helpful, and it’s a nice place to stop for drinks with friends or family. I’d mostly go during the day, since the area feels a little sketchy at night. Still, a pleasant spot to visit and hang out.

It’s centrally placed opposite the popular municipal market and beside City Hall. Prices are reasonable, the food is decent, and the service is friendly.
