Vivi Hotel

I only used the gym on the first floor, rather than staying at the hotel. The staff were really friendly and let me work out even though it was outside the gym's opening hours.

Please make the location clearer on Google Maps and booking sites, it was hard to find the hotel at night. Still, it's underrated and underpriced. It may lack a house master, but it's a great example of a hotel that gets the practical details right, from the light switches to the toilet and shower layout. Nobody interrupted me with cleaning in the middle of the day on my arrival day, unlike the room service at most hotels, which can feel like they're laying siege and trying to break in like burglars. Breakfast was simple and good, just what I wanted. Get a good house master for a day and raise the price, you worth more!

A world class gym and breakfast on the balcony every morning. I stayed a long time while writing and found it very consistent, with nice people. Seems to be popular with people stopping over briefly too.

Cleison and his brother Isaac went out of their way to make our trip better. The staff were friendly and professional, the service was great, and the quality for the price was very good. It's also in a peaceful area, close to the beach.
