We were glad we stayed here. The oceanfront rooms have a million dollar view, and snorkeling straight from the property was really good, with stairs down to the water and plenty to see nearby. Playa Lagun is right there, with a couple of restaurants and a dive shop. It’s a quiet area and close to interesting places. Our room was comfortable enough, with a queen bed, kitchen, balcony, plenty of room for 2-4 people, and AC or a fan depending on what you prefer. I think the sofa may have been a sleeper, but I’m not completely sure. Cleaning was meant to happen every four days, but by day five nobody had come, so we had to ask. I took out the garbage myself because it was attracting fruit flies. A serious leak in the room next door sent water under our adjoining door, and we used extra towels to stop it. Since it wasn’t high season, the on-site dive shop was open only one day out of eight. There was another full dive shop nearby, so that wasn’t a huge problem. The good parts outweighed the bad for us.

The service was excellent, and the grounds and views were absolutely breathtaking. We loved our recent stay in the one-bedroom unit. The reason we gave the room four stars is that the main floor got too hot to spend much time in or cook without AC. AC downstairs and a barbecue for cooking outside would have made it a five-star stay.

Cecilia and Tom were so helpful and full of information, and we’d happily stay again. The cliffside pool, places to sit, and dock for getting into the sea made this a perfect spot for us. We visited beaches around the island, but this property and snorkeling into the Lagun were our favorite parts of the trip. If you’d rather spend your vacation sitting in your room, this might not suit you. But for getting out and exploring the West end of Curacao, it’s ideal.

We picked this place because it was easy to reach lots of dive sites, and there’s a dive shop with an entry point right from the resort. The view is amazing and the staff are incredibly friendly. When our keys were stolen in some unfortunate circumstances, they took great care of us. Nothing to complain about, just good vibes. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

The resort itself is lovely, from the cliffside views to the pool, garden, and all the well-kept spots to sit. Everything about our stay was outstanding, from booking and check-in and check-out to the thoughtful tips we got along the way. But what really gives the place its heart is Cecilia. If you want a romantic, peaceful holiday, this is the place. Diving expert Hugo and his team are fantastic professionals, always happy to chat and share great tips.
