Having a car is a must here since the island isn't very walkable. I recommend Torris at Rainbow Rentals, who were prompt, reliable, fairly priced, and picked us up and dropped us off at the airport. Merakii is close to Willemstad, and I fully intend to return to Curacao and stay there again. I spent two weeks there in February 2026 in the deluxe king junior suite. The sea and pool views were great, and everything was updated and spotlessly clean. The bed was super comfortable. The whole place felt friendly, including the guests. I enjoyed the daily 5-8pm happy hour at the bar, and the burgers were great and everything was reasonably priced. The owners Angie and Jody were warm and friendly, as were bartenders Derek and Sandy and staff Lisandra. Adrienne was very helpful with any requests I had. I highly recommend Merakii.

Adrienne made the stay for me. Her communication and effort were top-notch, and she handled my special requests so smoothly. I'm really grateful for all her help. The room and location were great, and everyone around was friendly. The bartender added to the lovely atmosphere too. I had a fantastic time at Merakii and will definitely be back!

The staff are what really set Merakii Seaview Escape apart. They were exemplary and ready to help, and Adrienne and Darick especially went above and beyond. Their warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail made all the difference. The property was spotless and very well maintained. We loved the gorgeous views and amazing pool, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. It was a clean, relaxing getaway with outstanding service, and we can't wait to return.

We had a huge studio with a kitchen, updated throughout, and a really comfortable bed. The resort is gated and secured 24 hours, and the pool was there, though we were too busy exploring to use it much. Derrick, the bar manager, was amazing. I was there for a full week, 12/29-1/5, with my daughter for a pre-sixteenth-birthday trip. Adrienne surprised us with balloons and room decorations, which made the stay so memorable. She also arranged a rental car at the last minute and went above and beyond with her loving service. We love you, Adrienne! It was amazing, and we'll be back next year.

The whole property has a look that captures Curaçao's colorful, vibrant culture, and we loved its style. We had an amazing vacation at Merakii Seaview. Meeting the owner, a fellow Canadian, was a highlight. He was incredibly nice and made us feel right at home. We'll definitely return next time we're on the island!
