Wayaca Mini Resort

Curacao is full of surprises, and the people are wonderful and so warm. At Wayaka Mini Resort, Jan and his wife made our vacation out of this world. I can’t remember her name, but she’s a lovely, energetic woman with a great vibe. Our apartment and the place had everything, including a nice pool with a jacuzzi. I’d recommend these accommodations and give them an A+. You’ll definitely need a car. Also, the Wayaka address is wrong on every map I checked, including Google map and I phone map. Jan told me to try a different app, but the address on his website was still wrong. I suggest looking for Kaya Tobourin, or even better, Plantation Thiel Lodge, which is very close to Wayaca. Hopefully Jan will fix this soon.

This place doesn’t exist.

The host and hostess were very friendly and happy to help or give advice. There’s a TV, Wi-Fi, a pool, air conditioning, a roomy refrigerator, and coolers you can borrow. We could park nearby and safely. We had a fantastic holiday here, with excellent service and amenities, and came away with wonderful memories.

The secure courtyard parking was a real plus, and we felt safe there with our young children. The apartments were clean and roomy, and the owners were very friendly. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back when we're visiting Curaçao.
