Terra Vista

Kristina in the property management office has been an excellent contact between guests and management. She's polite, professional, and helpful, speaks Russian, English, Turkish, and German, and clearly cares. I hope management listens more closely to her and to the concerns raised by residents and guests. The apartments themselves are among the best I've seen in Aslancak, modern, stylish, and comfortable. The management of the property doesn't match that quality, especially for a complex that's just over a year old. Common areas are often dirty, and the greenery around many villas is dry or neglected, making the place look worn. Pool cleaning is scheduled poorly, sometimes while guests are already sunbathing. There isn't enough oversight around the pool either, so bottles, children's things, and other clutter can be left there without being cleared promptly. With better care for maintenance and organization, this could be a top-tier complex. As things stand, I was a bit disappointed, though the potential is clear.

A lovely place to stay, with a clean, pleasant environment.

A great place to live.

It's not bad.
