We stayed four nights at the Blue Harbour in Ayia Napa, and what stood out most was how helpful and humble the staff were. Everyone was kind, especially Tijen. She upgraded us to a pool-view room and even helped scan important paperwork back home, sorting it out despite some technical issues. The hotel was spotless and well maintained, with spacious rooms. Its location is hard to beat, less than 50 meters from the beach and a two-minute walk to restaurants and shops. We'll definitely start here when we come back. Connect with Tijen if you stay, she really made the experience unforgettable. Five stars, 100%.

The staff at the information desk made a particularly good impression. It's been a long time since I've had such a pleasant experience, they were charming, spoke fluent English, and were genuinely hospitable. The accommodation itself was beautiful, modern, and clean, with the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. It's only a few meters from the city beach, and the first bus stop is about 500 meters away, making other beaches easy to reach. The pool and sunbeds look very modern, though the pool water wasn't very clean and had quite a bit of windblown debris. Highly recommended!

We had a lovely few days here. The rooms were clean and well appointed, and the staff were very friendly. The location was fantastic, close to the sea and harbour, with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Private parking was a bonus.

The towel had a stain that looked like fecal matter, which really put me off and made me leave. We had booked a double room beside an arcade. It stayed noisy until the arcade shut around 22:00 or 23:00, and with people constantly walking past the apartment, we kept the window closed. The place didn’t feel relaxing like the photos made it seem.

Camila at reception really came through for us when we had a stressful FedEx problem, going well beyond what she needed to do. The rooms were spotless, the location was perfect, and Blue Harbour Hotel had such a lovely holiday feel. We’re already making plans to stay again ☺️❤️🙏🏼
