The apartment was really clean, and the owner provided fresh drinking water so we didn't need to buy any. The bedroom AC worked well and was enough for us. Demetris Apartments are in a quiet location, about 10 minutes from the beach, and the host was great, responding to every request straight away. He also suggested some nice places, restaurants and bars. It was excellent value, with a fair price for the accommodation, and I'd recommend it to travelers looking to relax in Ayia Napa without spending a huge amount on a place to stay. Hopefully I'll come back. Thank you.

Demetris was a kind host and helped whenever we needed anything. We had everything we needed in the room, and he even got us a hairdryer after we'd forgotten ours at home. It was tidy and very clean, with the room cleaned every single day. The location is great, close to the clubs and city center, but nights were quiet and we slept well.

The apartments have everything you need, and they clean every day. Staff were very helpful. It's a quiet spot near the center, and great value for money. I'd recommend staying here.

They came to our rescue in the middle of the night after we'd been scammed by a hotel nearby. The staff, rooms, and cleanliness were all superb. A wonderful place.
