There's no elevator, so bear that in mind, though it's just one floor and manageable even with luggage. The apartment is easy to reach, with plenty of shops and a grocery store right next door. Pubs street, the harbour, and the centre are all within walking distance, and there are restaurants, an ATV rental shop, and a laundry place on the same street. When we arrived, lovely Mrs. Lazaro greeted us and helped with our bags. She showed us around the apartment, including the appliances, different areas, Wi-Fi, and AC, which can get freezing cold on very hot days. The room was extremely clean and tidy, with a private balcony. It had everything we needed: towels, dishes, cups, cutlery, a coffee machine, hair dryer, and ironing board. You can also ask for a safe to keep valuables.

Maria was a kind and helpful host, and the studio itself was spacious, clean, and well equipped, with comfy beds and pillows. The supermarket is right beside the apartment, and it's only a few minutes on foot to the central square and bus station, with local buses to popular Ayia Napa beaches and the airport. We stayed from 9-16 Oct. Street traffic was the main drawback. It wasn't bar noise, even though the nightlife area is nearby, but loud drivers. The terrace doors have good rubber seals, yet the noise still got through, so we couldn't sleep with them open and had to keep the AC on at night. If you're sensitive to noise, earplugs solve the problem 😁. I still recommend this place.

The owner was very nice, and the beaches nearby are beautiful. Inside, there's a fridge, air conditioning, a kitchen, a TV, and fast Wi-Fi. It's the cleanest hotel I've stayed in in Cyprus, and I highly recommend it.

What stood out most was the hostesses' hospitality, attention, and helpful advice. The apartment is fully equipped and right in the centre of Agia Napa. Nearby you'll find taverns, a kiosk, an ATM, and motorbike rentals. I'd definitely recommend staying here 👏

The hosts are lovely, and the small apartments have everything you need for a stay. They're also conveniently close to the centre of Agia Napa. I can definitely recommend booking here.
