Faros Hotel Ayia Napa

When we arrived with my girlfriend, they brought us a drink voucher from the bar, which was a lovely start to the holiday. The room and pool were great, and the staff made us feel comfortable asking for whatever we needed. We got everything we asked for and felt like we were having a perfect vacation. There was an incident by the pool when my girlfriend stepped on a small nail, probably stuck in someone's shoe and dropped there. We told the bar staff, Musa and Ahmed, and they immediately brought ice and asked how they could help. A few minutes later the manager, Natalie, came over, apologized, and offered us drinks on the house. Ahmed served them and added crackers too. What started as an unpleasant moment became a sweet memory.

At Faros Hotel Ayia Napa, the Egyptian team made the stay feel warm and welcoming, almost like being among family. Ahmed and Zakaria at the bar were always smiling and friendly, and the service was excellent. Mohamed, the pool lifeguard, was professional and helped make things feel safe and enjoyable. Another Ahmed, who cleaned the rooms, kept mine spotless and perfectly arranged every day. The hotel itself was super clean, with modern, comfortable facilities and a perfect location. Everyone we dealt with, from reception to the restaurant and housekeeping, was kind, attentive and welcoming. We even left some things in our room, and the team, especially Nataly, went above and beyond to find everything and return it to me. The service was the best I've ever experienced. The pools were beautiful, everything spotless, and the location was perfect. The food was delicious too, both at the restaurant and at the breakfast buffet.

The pool was great, the location excellent, breakfast perfect, and the rooms adequate. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful, though a few could use better training in dealing with clients. When there was a problem with the basin, check-in was delayed a little, but staff handled it politely and offered us free drinks for the inconvenience, which we appreciated. Our room wasn't perfectly clean when we checked in. The luggage room for guests arriving early can be accessed by anyone, so bags could be taken by mistake or on purpose. Also, if you park in the basement, it's a bit of a carry to reception and there are only stairs, no elevator. In general, we had a very positive experience.
