We spent a week in the apartments and had problems with ants, but they didn't want to do anything about them. Some days the rooms weren't cleaned, there was no WiFi in the hotel rooms, and customer service overall wasn't good. We chose Soho as the more expensive option expecting a better stay, but it was really terrible. I wouldn't return.

The beach was only five minutes away, and the strip took about ten minutes to reach. We had a good week there as a young couple until checkout day. We were told we could leave our suitcases in the room, but when we returned, our key had been disabled and they wouldn't give our bags back unless we paid €50. We were really unhappy about that. We booked self-catering, but there was no oven, so we had to eat out every day, which got expensive. Hardly anyone spoke English either.

Great service, and the place was perfect.

The rooms are studios with a stove, toaster, kettle and dishes, and the sea is just a two-minute walk away. Cleaning was more or less spotless, but the continental breakfast got repetitive, and Wi-Fi was only available in the lobby. It's a decent seaside hotel and apartment setup, though the service doesn't quite match what you'd get at a chain hotel. Refillable soap and shampoo in the showers were nowhere to be found.
