Stella, the manager, answered all our questions before we arrived and stayed with us throughout the visit. The service from everyone was excellent. The Nines is somewhere I'd gladly return to. The rooms are spacious, clean, and stylishly modern. We enjoyed the lovely restaurant's wide choice at breakfast and dinner, as well as ordering drinks and food by the gorgeous pool, with lots of comfortable sunbeds. Such a beautiful hotel, highly recommended.

The hotel had a peaceful, elegant feel, and the pool area was beautiful. My room was spotless and the whole atmosphere was relaxing. You can see the care put into the details. One of the nicest hotel stays I've had, and I'm looking forward to returning.

The service and atmosphere are what make this place stand out. The pool sits among lush gardens, giving the area a relaxed feel, and the location is excellent, close to the beach and surrounded by useful amenities. It's a beautiful new 5-star hotel in Ayia Napa, with modern design that still feels warm and welcoming, almost like home.

Our room was spacious, extremely clean, and felt like a peaceful retreat. The Nines is stunning, with a modern, luxurious look, and everything is maintained to a very high standard. I stayed there May 9th to 11th, 2026, to celebrate my birthday, and the whole experience was perfect from arrival right through to leaving.
