The food was pretty average for us, though the bolognese was the best thing we tried. Drinks were nicely strong, and I really liked the pink gin fizz. The Elvis tribute was great, and the dancers were good too. Entertainment overall was okay. We stayed eight nights. The rooms were lovely and clean, the shop was good and not too expensive, and the staff were all so friendly and willing to help. I’d stay again and recommend it to a friend. Thank you ☺️

The hotel is a little secluded, so bear in mind that there isn't much around. I knew that when booking, though some other guests were surprised. It's only a 5-10 minute drive to most places. The hotel uses MIKES TAXIS, but I found them shocking: they didn't turn up, and when they did, the fares were very high. I downloaded CABCY, basically Uber, and found it cheap and reliable. A taxi to the harbour was about €10 each way. We had a fantastic week. The rooms were really spacious, the beds extremely comfy, and the air con worked brilliantly. Our fridge was regularly topped up with big bottles of water, and there were tea and coffee facilities in the room. The sea views were gorgeous. There were plenty of sunbeds to choose from, though we visited in October, so I can't say what it's like in peak season. We arrived on a late flight and found sandwiches, fruit and refreshments waiting for us, which was a nice touch. Food was 10/10 for us, with lots of variety and themed nights. Everything was hot, and all the meat we had was tender. Desserts were delicious too. Drinks had a great range, and the bar service was excellent. At lunch and dinner, waiters came to take drink orders, so you got a proper drink in a real glass. We tried the spa and the massage was fantastic, although the pool and hot tub weren't heated. Entertainment ran throughout the day and evening without anyone pressuring us to join in. Nobody came over to our sunbed to ask, which I loved. The food, drinks, service, rooms, beds and views were all bloody fantastic. Just a little secluded.

The blocks were peaceful and quiet, and we slept really well each night. Rooms were clean, the pool area was big and mostly clean, though the tables and sunbeds could use a wipe. Pool bar staff were friendly, quick and efficient. We liked the good mix of food and themed nights, especially breakfast. The one included visit to the à la carte restaurant was a nice change, and the staff there were lovely. Book it as soon as you arrive. The kids enjoyed the mini disco in the evening. We didn't think the hotel was too far out. We used the CABCY app and paid €7 for a ride to the old town and harbour, and the public bus to Coral Bay was €2. There were a few things that could be better. People put towels on sunbeds at the crack of dawn to reserve them, and another pool table might help because it was always busy. The blonde entertainer was rude. A couple of times the cleaners forgot milk, toilet roll or shampoo. The kids' entertainment could improve too, as entertainers didn't go around getting children involved and didn't always follow the timetable. We had a great stay and would recommend it! :)))

The staff made this stay especially lovely, particularly the waiters at breakfast and the evening buffet. A big thank you to Vizey/Panos. His smile, friendliness and humour made every meal a pleasure, and he even helped me with my shoes. Our room was clean, with a nice ocean view. We watched beautiful sunsets from the loungers around the pool, and it was a short walk to swim in the ocean. There was a varied evening entertainment programme, including an Elvis entertainer, and the bike rental prices were great. I’d recommend staying here and would visit again.
