Ekor Elegance Hotel

Plenty to choose from for meals and desserts, and the prices are good. The restaurant itself is OK, though service was a little slow and the food tasted average.

It's a huge complex, with a restaurant and cafe where you could meet someone, have lunch with family, or go for something sweet. This is the luxurious branch of Ekor, and it also has hotel facilities.

We've been coming with my family since it opened. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, and the noise-cancelling doors were great. There's also a kids' play area that worked well for my toddler. Huseyin at reception was especially friendly, kind, and helpful. I had a bad experience with the room-cleaning manager, though. My little one had been ill and hospitalized, with lots of drips and a fever that wouldn't come down for nearly a week, so the room was messy and I couldn't really clean it. As we were leaving, I politely apologized for the state of the room. She replied that it had been like that since we arrived. I found that extremely rude. I can't remember her name, so I can't shame her here.

The hotel was new, extremely clean, and had only opened seven months earlier. I appreciated the prayer mats in the room, and breakfast was great. The rest of the staff were friendly, but our experience with Emine in the playroom brought my rating down to three stars. She watched her phone all day and was rude to me and my child. The playroom was the main reason we booked three nights, so please retrain the staff there or hire someone more suitable. Thanks.
