Louis Ledra Beach

The staff made this holiday special. Our two children have several food allergies, including dairy, eggs, and nuts, and they were treated like royalty. The team prepared individual meals for them at breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and nothing they asked for seemed too much trouble. The rooms, facilities, and food were all excellent. Huge thanks to the hotel team for being so kind throughout our stay. Highly recommended.

The people working here really made our two-week stay. Everyone was friendly, professional, and ready to help, and Athena, Ioanna, Michalis, Marcela, Gina, Ahmed, Thom, and Mohammed Rahab deserve a special thank you for looking after us so well. We loved being right by the beach, with direct access and the sea to wake up to. It was also easy to get to what we needed. The hotel was clean and well kept, and there was a good range of food. We had a comfortable, relaxing stay, felt it was good value, and would happily come back and recommend it.

Paphos old town is lovely, with plenty of shops, and the bus drops you by the market. The 611 stops outside the hotel, then you can take the 610 to the old town. Paphos is about a 25-minute walk away. For drinks and food, the streets away from the harbour were better value, with beer at €2 compared with €5 or €6 by the harbour. There's also a supermarket across the road if you need papers or other basics. Our room, 123, was clean and looked out over the pool and sea. Staff were excellent, and Sandra at reception quickly sorted a couple of small room problems. The restaurants served very good food, especially the Italian, but you need to book. There were lots of sunbeds, and the animation team seemed to keep going all the time. Most of the evening shows were great, especially Elvis!!! The beach was just okay. The left side was sandier, but getting in and out of the water wasn't easy because of channels and sharp rocks, and there could be strong currents. We had a beautiful first visit to Cyprus, with genuine, welcoming people, and would definitely return to this hotel.

For what we paid, the stay just wasn't worth it. The room fell short, with cleanliness needing attention and maintenance seeming neglected. Requests were slow to be handled or ignored, and communication was poor. Service felt disorganized and unprofessional, while the staff seemed uninterested. The atmosphere wasn't welcoming, and I wouldn't come back. I'd look at other places in Paphos.
