Ashraf was kind and very helpful. The service from him was excellent.

The location is nice, the staff are friendly, and the hotel is clean. Still, there were a lot of problems. In our room the bed was very old, with creaky wires, a sagging middle, and one side that had shifted and gone hard. It was awful for sleep health, though we were so tired we managed to sleep. The TV was unusable with only 4 or 5 channels, so they should either fix it or remove it. The bathroom needs renovation. There’s no shower cabin, just a very old hanging curtain. The toilet height needs to be looked at too. It was so high we literally had to climb up with stairs, and the bidet tap was terrible. Lighting was very poor as well. We had to use our phone flashlights between floors and in the rooms, which was annoying. There’s no security. At night the receptionist sleeps and doesn’t even wake up. We didn’t take photos of these issues because the holiday is over, but we wish we’d gone somewhere else. There are water problems in the Girne region, so the shower water comes out as only a thin stream. I suspect it cuts off completely when someone uses the shower in another room.

The location is very good, but the service really isn't high quality. When the rooms shown in the pictures are full, they send you to a room next door instead of saying there are no rooms available. Ours had no hot water, damp sheets and no air conditioning. The rooms are really cold, and the bathroom water isn't even lukewarm.

We were pleased with our stay, and the Turkmenistani couple took really good care of us. The team is friendly and has a family feel, with staff speaking to you like an older sister or brother. It was cold inside the hotel, but we spent most of our time outside, so they adjusted the air conditioning later. Greetings to Ece! 😘
