Kymmates Beach Front Villas

We had both villas for a family wedding, and the setting made it a great success. The location is hard to beat for a holiday or a wedding, with plenty of room and pools big enough for two adults to swim comfortably, or a couple of teenagers. The sea is a short walk away, though the rocky shore means you have to find a good way down. I really enjoyed being there, but some details let the place down for the price. Wi-Fi worked in the lounges but faded in the bedrooms, the old TV had no smart features, and the beds were hard with cheap-feeling pillows. Air conditioning also costs extra per room, per day. The sofa was uncomfortable and didn't feel well made. Three more villas are being built right behind, and the entrance is still a dirt track, though each villa has hard parking for one car.

Once we saw the view from the villa, the construction work behind it stopped mattering to us. We were surprised by it at first, but it didn't affect our holiday, and the owner, Yiannis, said the work had paused for summer, so we heard nothing. Inside and out, the villa was spotless. The sea view from the veranda, roomy living area, and bedrooms was stunning. Yiannis was helpful and explained the situation. We'd definitely return.

Yannis is a lovely, intelligent owner, and the house was perfectly clean, safe, and fully equipped. The pool was clear and cleaned every day. Such a beautiful spot in Paphos.

We spent two weeks here with the family and none of us wanted to leave. The villas sit right by the sea, with the waves lapping nearby, and it was so relaxing. Yiannis made us feel welcome and was very helpful. Can't wait to return to this stunning villa.
