Radisson Beach Resort Larnaca

The room's furniture felt a little worn and could use refreshing. The location also has drawbacks: it's about a 20-minute walk to the center, and the surrounding area isn't very nice. The sea-view room was large and comfortable, with a big terrace, though it was windy most of the time. Its view faces a small port with loading ships. On the plus side, the pool and gym were nice, and breakfast was decent, if not amazing. Staff were very friendly from the lobby through to the restaurant and breakfast, and easy to talk to. They also helped recommend a car rental company and arrange a taxi. There was street parking around the hotel.

The team was quite quick to respond to all our requests, but there were several disappointing things about the stay. At 1:00 in the morning, reception greeted us with the rather bizarre question, “Are you here to check in?” Two of us were checking into a suite, yet only one document was requested, which made me question the hotel's security. Our room wasn't ready for our arrival, even though we came ten hours later than the original check-in time and had already told the team when we'd arrive. The room didn't have the sea view shown on the website, which was disappointing. Breakfast was decent, but not what I'd expect from a five-star hotel. There are much nicer options for a much better price.

The bed was great, and the room was nicely set up. All the rooms are spacious and have enclosed balconies. There are a few restaurants and coffee shops nearby, and Sklavenitis hypermarket is an 8-minute walk away. The location works well. Pretty great stay!

The rooftop pool and bar were a highlight, with good music, refreshing cocktails, and a laid-back view over Larnaca. Breakfast was fantastic too, with loads of fresh, high-quality options, including Cypriot specialties. Our room felt both cozy and luxurious, with a comfortable bed, plenty of space, spotless condition, and lovely city and sea views. The hotel is modern and well looked after, and the staff were friendly and professional, always happy to help. It’s a convenient base, with restaurants and cafes nearby and the marina and beach a short walk or drive away. I had a wonderful stay from beginning to end and would happily come back.
