Alinea Primo Historic Center

I've stayed here twice because it's near everything I need, and the place feels clean and homey. The reception isn't always staffed, and some of the other guests were very rude Israeli tourists, acting like they owned the hotel. That put me in a bit of a bad mood, but I still enjoy staying here every time.

The rooftop pool was a really relaxing extra, and the staff were helpful with anything we needed. We had a seamless, lovely stay, with a perfect room and a very good location.

The room is quite large, but the layout doesn't work well. The bathroom is tiny, while the area beside the bed feels cramped even though it didn't need to be. There was also humidity in the building, as shown in my photos. If you're arriving for the first time, it's hard to tell where the parking is. The entrance opens when you call a number, so they should send that number in advance. The photos don't show the hotel's current condition, especially the rooftop sunbeds. At this price, I wouldn't recommend staying here.

The room was spacious, modern and lovely, though the pool looked smaller than it did in the photos. Check-in was a bit of a hassle because nobody was at reception after 7. They said they'd emailed me, but I never received anything. My main issue was the air conditioning. Even set to 16 all night, it wasn't strong enough to cool the room, and it switches off when you're out, so it never really gets cool. They also didn't replenish my two tea bags, conditioner or body lotion when they cleaned. I had to ask on the last day. Not a huge deal, just odd.
