We've lived at Aqua Park Zavos for a year, and it's been a nightmare. DO NOT BUY, RENT or STAY as Rb&B. Construction on the Annex building has been going on for months, bringing noise around the clock. Despite being told there would be no weekend work, especially on Sundays or public holidays, they have worked many weekends and holidays, sometimes from 7:00 AM. On Sunday 5th of May and 11th of May 2025, work started at 6:55am. Zavos said they're behind with construction, so they have to work even on Sundays. You can't rest there. Public rest days are ignored, and the early starts are unacceptable. There's garbage in public areas and by the main gate, rusty old su beds at the pools, and Zavos employees park in residents' spaces every day. AVOID THIS PLACE.

They're building a large apartment block and work every day, including Sundays and bank Holidays, from 07:00 and sometimes earlier. They show no regard for the people paying alot of money to live here. Workers walk around but don't pick up rubbish, and they use residential parking spaces too. This place is dirty and awful. Do not rent, buy or holiday here. Avoid it!

My children were awake at 0627 crying because of the noise from the workers. They started work at 0627 on Sunday, and they work every day. I'm staying here, but I wanted a holiday. It's dirty, the man is very very rude, and the place looks like it should be in 1970. THE SPA IS RUDE. I'll try to get my money back. This is the worst place I've ever stayed. AVOID THIS PLACE, DO NOT RENT HOLIDAY OR BUY HERE.

The pool itself is beautiful, but it's poorly maintained, with a slippery bottom and sand along the shore. The sun loungers aren't exactly fresh either. This doesn't feel like a water park anymore, just a regular apartment complex with a large pool. It's old, and the photos on bookin.com make it look like a cool indoor complex, though maybe that was true a long time ago. Everything has aged.

The complex is wonderful and has everything, with good conditions overall. The big downside is our pool: it's been under cleaning for more than a month and is still empty. We want to swim, but the pool just remains empty.
