Getting around was easy from here, and having free parking right on site was a real bonus. Breakfast was simple to order through the TV, and we enjoyed the food and thought the prices were fair. We did have a small room problem at first, but the staff sorted it out quickly and professionally, even on New Year’s Eve. The whole stay was comfortable and well organized. The team were responsive and helpful, and we’d gladly stay again and recommend the place.

The room itself was attractive and cleaned daily, with a kitchenette, capsule coffee machine, smart TV, balcony and air conditioning. Self check-in and the automatic parking entrance were convenient. But the kitchenette was practically unusable because there was no dish soap or sponge. The TV wouldn't recognize my iPhone or iPad, so I couldn't use things like Netflix. For two days I couldn't find anyone at reception, and messages sent through the TV or website went unanswered. The worst problem was the shower. There was no hot water at all, including during the day. After two nights of cold showers, I finally saw someone at reception and reported it. Nothing was done, nobody offered me another room, and I had another cold shower the third night. That's completely unacceptable.

Parking is provided in a covered area, and the rooms are clean with comfortable beds. You can walk to almost everything from this great spot.

The rooms are comfortable and the location is excellent, though there seemed to be very few staff around.
