We’ve rented quite a few villas in Cyprus, and usually there’s some issue, big or small. Villa Sandalia was the first where we’d happily return. Poppi has thought of everything, even beach toys and umbrellas for kids. We’ve already booked again for September ’25. The bungalow is roomy, very well equipped, and the cleanest villa we’ve stayed in on the island. There’s plenty of bedding, towels, kitchen gear, plates and cutlery. Lous, the cleaner, does a fantastic job and is lovely. Even the TV works, though we only tested it. The pool is huge for a two-bedroom villa. I measured it at 8.2m x 4.0m, with a deep end over 7ft. Roman steps at the shallow end make getting in and out easier.

We stayed at Rodafina, the south-facing option that’s great if you want plenty of sun. It’s a superb, peaceful place with everything you need, plus a brand-new pool. Seems ideal for couples or families.
