From one-off saltwater jet spray massages, seaweed polishes and algae body wraps, to 10-day detox immersions, our focus is on individual, tailor-made treatments and entirely natural products – using seawater pumped directly from the crystal shores of Chrysochou Bay. We were at the hotel for a wedding, and the views were probably the standout for me. It sits on a cliff above the ocean, with a nice terrace on the main floor beside a restaurant. The hotel is large, with long corridors and courtyards that offer lots of spots for photos. Impressive architecture, great food, and a five-star experience.

The quiet beach and clear water were lovely, and the comfy sunbeds and good menu made it tempting to stay put. Service was on point, too. This was such a calming escape. The place feels classy without trying, with elegant decor and peaceful surroundings. And the food was fresh, thoughtful, and delicious. I’m still thinking about some of those dishes. If you want a proper break in a relaxing setting with great food, this hotel is a real find.

It has the feel of arriving in one of Italy’s beautiful cities, though you’re in Cyprus. The rooms are spacious, with lovely views, and the flower-lined paths are charming. Anassa puts care into choosing fresh breakfast ingredients from local farmers. There are five or six restaurants, a good gym, and pretty much everything for a perfect weekend away.

We only stopped in for coffee, but the service was at a really high level. The view is absolutely beautiful. It’s well worth taking half an hour to sit back and enjoy it.
