The cats and kittens around the place were playful and cuddly when we sat on the veranda, and honestly added to the stay. There was a sign asking guests not to feed them or let them into the house; they seemed to get that, and we had no trouble. We also didn't need service, and found the folder explaining the rules and appliances handy. The villa had air con throughout and free parking for our hire car. We stayed in September 2025, just the two of us, through Jet2villas. Inside, it was well equipped, with a comfy sofa, a good kitchen and even a partly stocked fridge when we arrived. The view was good, and the pool was clean and cool, which suited us while the sun was still fierce. Latchi harbour was a five minute drive down the hill, and there was a nice food/tavern five minutes' walk uphill. I've taken off a star for the location because a car is needed for any real expeditions, though with one I'd rate it five stars.

Inside, the villa was comfortable and lovely, but the outdoor areas need some updating. All the sun loungers were old and torn, the pool had no light for a night swim, and the blocked outdoor shower kept curdling and smelled. We also had workmen at the villa next door for three very noisy days, which we weren't happy about and which spoiled the stay. For what it is, I think it's too pricey. May may not be a good time to visit, either, with so many little flies and mosquitoes.

The pool was freezing, even colder than the sea! We spent the last week of October here, though, and the villa was lovely and clean. Great location, very peaceful, and just a five minute drive to lovely Latchi harbour.
