Host Costas was very helpful and even drove us to the Nicosia centre. We stayed two nights and were pleased with the clean, well-equipped rooms. The sound insulation could be better, and breakfast was simple but fine. Water, tea, and coffee were available all the time.

For a one-night business trip, this is a decent option in a great location. Costas, the owner, was very polite, explained everything, and gave us good food recommendations. The room was clean and had a bottle of water and a kettle, and there was a shared kitchen with some food and drinks. The soundproofing is really poor, though, and the shower needs a curtain.

The location is fine and the staff were helpful, but the room was freezing in January because there's no heating. The bathroom had no curtain, so the tiles got wet, and the floor was dirty. Breakfast was sadly cheap. At 70 € a night, that wasn't acceptable.

Costas made this stay special. He's the kindest, most helpful, and flexible owner we've met in a long time. We stayed one night twice, and between stays he let us leave our car at the apartment. He also arranged early check-in both times. When my foot was covered in blisters, he drove me to the bakery, and on our second arrival he remembered my foot and left me a packet of plasters. We loved our time in the city and staying with Costas, and would love to come back if we get the chance. Thank you, Costas, you're a star! The location worked perfectly for us too: easy to drive to, about a 15-minute walk to the centre, quiet and peaceful, with parking underneath and supermarkets and a bakery nearby. For an expensive city, the room was very reasonably priced. It's basic, and bring earplugs, but the shared kitchen was useful and the beds were comfortable. We found the upper-floor room quieter and its bathroom better, so we'd recommend that one.
