Handan, the customer relations manager, made sure we were happy and had everything we asked for. When my mother had a dental emergency and couldn’t manage solid food, the kitchen staff made porridge just the way she liked it, even though it wasn’t on the menu. Casino staff also helped us with parking because my mum is disabled and needs accessible parking. The breakfast buffet was clean, with a range of Turkish-style options. The rooms were clean, modern, and larger than most in the area, and all the staff were polite, professional, and helpful.

The spa was the only decent part, but we left early, before Sunday, because the stay was awful. The room was unbearably hot, and we were told the AC only works on “heat,” so we sweated all night. The poor-quality bed left us with back and rib pain, the pillows were huge and uncomfortable, and the mirror right in front of the bed made the room feel weird. The “international” restaurant charged 65 Euro for just a pizza, burger, and schnitzel. Cigarette smoke filled the whole hotel, especially the casino, and made it hard to breathe. We left running. This is not a five-star hotel!

The food is always fresh and incredibly delicious, with a huge choice of everything. It’s quiet, with slow music and a family atmosphere, and the place is clean and cozy. I love it to my bones, the best place in Platres village 👌 Come enjoy it 😉 😊.

A very good city hotel, with one of the best casinos in the area. They serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks continuously. The live table stakes are a little high for an ordinary gambler, but I recommend both the hotel and casino.

The Turkish bath is the standout, and I also liked the friendly staff, modern casino, and delicious breakfast. There’s smoke throughout the hotel, including the room and restaurant, even if you choose a non-smoking room. Coffee at breakfast costs extra, and the location is far from Nicosia city center.
