The staff were nice, but the rooms were disgusting. We spent three days there, changing rooms after the first bathroom smelled so strongly of sewage it was unbearable. The next room had bed bugs.

At 1 a.m. a gentleman helped me order a taxi in a hurry so I could get to the airport. The staff were welcoming, and the room was pretty and spotlessly clean. It was a good price and a quiet place. Thanks, I’ll come back.

We checked out after just 48 minutes. The place was filthy, with bugs, stains on the walls and beds, bogeys on the wall, and little curly hairs everywhere. It was advertised as a lovely hotel, but felt like a student hostel. Vile. Don’t go here.

The electricity went out twice, and there was nobody around to help until one woman came along. She was the only good one. Power was out for five hours, and the service overall was embarrassingly terrible, especially since the guy was absent for most of his shift. Greenland Cyprus was horrible, and the cleanliness was barely decent. I really don’t recommend it.

Imran, the manager, was welcoming, friendly, and supportive, as were the rest of the understanding, helpful staff. Excellent service. The area is lovely and has good amenities nearby.
