The food was such a relief for me as someone who is gluten free. Andreas walked me over to the chef at each meal, and the chef explained what I could eat. There was loads of choice, and they even offered to make something that wasn’t on the menu. I felt normal eating here, which made it the best hotel food experience I’ve had. Yannis also knew his wines inside out and gave first class service. All the restaurant staff were lovely and welcoming. Our room was spacious and clean, with a lovely pool and sea view. The pool team were just as helpful with the sunbeds, especially Milen, who came in on his days off when they were short staffed. A wonderful holiday, and I’d definitely recommend it.

I love coming back here whenever I can afford it. The rooms are very good, breakfast is top level, and I’m a big fan of the indoor pool and jacuzzi. The outdoor pool and pool bar are great too, and the service is excellent. I always leave with lovely memories. A few years ago, for our wedding anniversary, I asked Christina, a Greek lady at reception, to arrange something special. She went above and beyond and made the surprise perfect. Everything about the place felt top level. It’s my favorite hotel in Cyprus.

The spa was a highlight, especially the indoor pool, heated to 28 degrees, the excellent jacuzzi, and both the dry and wet saunas. We also enjoyed the outdoor pool, the balcony view, and the hospitality. The hotel was clean and well maintained, with very friendly staff and a really pleasant atmosphere. Three couples stayed for three nights on half board. There’s a lovely promenade next door for a walk or a run. The price was excellent too. The one downside is that the hotel is a bit far from the center, which is why I gave it 9.7. It’s a very beautiful hotel.

I don’t usually leave reviews, and there’s plenty to like here: the hotel is beautiful, the rooms are nice, and the service was excellent. The breakfast was pretty poor, though. What really annoyed me was how the manager handled the room decoration for our return from a marriage proposal. They charged me 45€ for the funny thing in the pictures. When I complained, she offered a 50 percent discount instead of cancelling the charge. They hadn’t mentioned the extra 19% VAT either, so do the math. She said it all came to another 5€, true story. It felt like zero human relations, and the hotel lost a client over 25€. The hotel itself is recommended, but I wouldn’t count on them if you’re thinking of getting the room decorated.

The live piano music and the vintage style rooms really set the mood. They’re classy and cosy, and the staff are always smiling. The atmosphere was 10/10, and the service was amazing. As soon as you walk into elysium, it feels like stepping into another era, in a good way. We had an amazing time. This place really makes you appreciate the island, it’s a gem in the area.
