The staff are the hotel's biggest strength. They're fantastic, and their warmth shows in how thoughtfully they looked after us from arrival through our one-week stay. It seems the hotel hires a certain kind of person, and they deserve to prosper. The all-inclusive deal was great value, with enough variety and quality in the food to keep us more than satisfied. Facilities are well laid out, with plenty of room for everyone. From here, you can walk to the old town, harbour area and even the shopping mall.

We were here at Xmas 2025, and it was perfectly peaceful. Our room was very spacious and had a luxurious feel. Service was a little slow, perhaps because there didn't seem to be many staff. The receptionists sat texting all day, but hey, none of my business. The outdoor hydrotherapy pool was top-notch. I had a great massage in the spa. The sauna was kinda alright, but very small and not hot enough. Food was good, with plenty of fruit and veg and decent proteins. The desserts all seemed much alike in different colours. They weren't that appetising, though it looked like plenty of effort went into making them look good. Good call serving J&B. Even though it's blended, it's a great choice for cocktails and even perfect on its own. Entertainment was alright, with guitarists coming in each night, including one gentleman who kept singing about how “brandy makes me randy”... The hotel is a five-minute walk from the mall and a short drive to town. There was plentiful parking, and there's a shuttlebus to town as well. I liked the hotel and will return in high season.

This will be holiday number seven soon. It's our sixth visit, and we love the place. We met another couple who'd been 16 times! It doesn't look like much from the outside, but once you're in, you can see why people keep returning. We chose a ground-floor room facing the pool so we could nip in and out easily. It was spotless and cleaned regularly, and they'd made towel animals on the bed. There was plenty to drink, and the team would make any cocktail we wanted, even if it wasn't on the menu. The food varied with a different theme each day. Staff kept glasses filled and cleared away dirty plates. A really great place to stay.

Mr. Silvio took exceptional care of us, and I also want to thank director Mr. Giorgos and Mr. Thomas for their professionalism and hospitality. The spa was excellent, and the whole experience was amazing. The hotel was spotless, the food excellent, and the atmosphere fantastic. Every staff member, from reception to the cleaning team, was smiling and welcoming. The waitresses and bartenders were wonderful too. Outstanding service from start to finish. Highly recommended!
