Kapetanios Bay Hotel Protaras

We had a fantastic seven-night stay. The staff were so kind and welcoming, and our room was cleaned and the bed made every day. Breakfast and dinner were plentiful, tasty and offered lots of choice. The hotel was clean, well located, and the pool stayed spotless throughout. There were a couple of small drawbacks: music from nearby clubs sometimes carried into the night until about 2 a.m., and we occasionally noticed a slight smell in the bathroom, although it was kept very clean. We really enjoyed our holiday and would happily recommend the hotel.

The pool was pristine and a lovely spot to relax. Everything was immaculately clean and well maintained, and the atmosphere felt both elegant and welcoming. Every detail seemed carefully taken care of, making for a flawless stay. I highly recommend this hotel for its comfort, cleanliness and outstanding service.

The food was tasty, with lots of good dessert choices, but the staff’s hospitality was the best part for me. They provided great service and cleaned the rooms daily. They even laid out our clothes neatly on the bed, which felt like an extra touch.

There was a good range of drinks at reasonable prices, and the pool area was spacious, with pools for children, adults and a main pool. The hotel was clean, with excellent facilities, food and staff. Our only small gripe was that the bathroom was a little compact, though it did the job. It’s near bars, so there may be some noise at night, but it didn’t interrupt our sleep. I’d highly recommend staying here.
