The Mediterranean is a short walk away, and Famagusta's historic landmarks are a quick drive. It's a great base for some of the best beaches in the world, with plenty nearby for a memorable holiday. The complex has flats, houses, and condos for different needs, at least three shared pools within walking distance, plus restaurants, a bakery, bars, entertainment venues, and even a funfair.

The area is lively, and the apartment is beautiful, well located, and reasonably priced. Long Beach and restaurants Pera and Lush are only a 10-minute walk away. I'd highly recommend staying here.

There are pools, gyms (for members), basketball and tennis courts, and some good cafes in the development, with the beach just a short walk away. You’ll need a car, since public transport is practically nonexistent here, like in much of the country. It’s still under development, so expect dust, though things do work. This is the best-developed area on this side of North Cyprus. There are mostly expats from Russia and the CIS, along with some British and other Europeans. I’d highly recommend staying here.

Getting here means dealing with awful roads, and the dusty walk to the beach feels dangerous because there are no sidewalks. The place is loud and already looks shabby after only a few years.
