The WiFi worked, and the extra services at reception were okay. But the bathroom was in a disgusting, rundown state, the electrical wiring was a disaster, and the bathroom ventilation didn’t work. Our double room had no TV. There were infestations of Monomorium pharaonis ants and Cimex lectularius bedbugs. This place does not meet hygiene standards at all. I DO NOT RECOMMEND it.

I remember having a lot of fun evenings with friends in the downstairs sports bar. It was like a village pub, but it suited me then, with a projector, music, a slushie machine, billiards, and table football. Before that, there was a restaurant upstairs, and by local standards at the time the food was tasty and the place was pleasant. I don’t know why it closed. I’ve been away for years, so I don’t know what it’s like now, but I might come to Cumenda to see whether it’s still going. I haven’t stayed at the hotel.
