The dumplings and meat on my plate were dry, and almost anything seemed to be a problem for the staff. The outside of the building is starting to rot.

The location is fantastic, with a walk straight to the ski lift and a rental shop nearby. Parking is free, plenty of restaurants are close, and the price seems fair for what you get. Breakfast is delicious and has lots to choose from. The building is old and needs renovation, though the room was clean and the bathroom looked good for its age. Noise was a real issue: I could hear the neighbors and everything in the hallway. I also missed having a chair and coat hooks in the room.

I needed to add one night to my trip at short notice, and they got back to me right away and welcomed me warmly. Everything was very easy. The reception is welcoming and friendly, and the hotel has a ski storage room, a coffee shop, and free parking. You can get straight onto the Za Prahou ski slope from the excellent location. Thanks so much, I'd love to return next season. Looking forward to breakfast.

Bozi Dar and the nature around it are just beautiful. I had a cozy attic room with a really comfortable bed, plus fast internet. Getting into the hotel with the key safe code was easy and flexible. I skipped breakfast because I wanted to leave earlier.
