10/10
Denis at reception made a real difference, sharing tips on places to see nearby and giving us outstanding service. The hotel was also easy to get around from: two bus stops are close, so we didn’t need to drive into the city center, and there’s free parking on-site. Our room was spotless and roomy compared with other European hotels. Breakfast was fine, though I’d have preferred hard-boiled eggs to the poached ones they served during our stay. A very enjoyable visit to Karlovy Vary.

The rooms were clean and there was free parking nearby. Those were the only positives for us. Everything else fell short of what we expected, and the price didn’t feel justified by the quality.

A place I’d happily come back to. The location is perfect and the hotel feels cozy. Give the bar a try for a very well-made coffee and a lovely view from the terrace.

It’s a pretty little hotel, with clean rooms and pleasant staff. It’s also far enough from the center.

Clean, nice place, and getting to the city center is easy.
