Check-in was at 10:00, which felt very early. I asked to move it to 11:00 because I had work in the city center, but they said no. When I asked where else I could leave my luggage, they sent me to the train station. I said they hadn't been helpful, and they replied, “Why didn't you choose a hotel with luggage storage, reception and all the service, which of course you have to pay for. You are a very interesting guest.” This business is run by people who don't pay attention to their tone.

We barely used the room except to sleep and shower before heading back out into the city, but it was quite nice and did exactly what we needed. I actually liked having no human interaction at all. Sorting everything online and using the entry codes worked well, without any key or reception hassle.

Being close to the old town is the good part. The apartment is short on kitchen equipment and basics: no oven, separate freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, kitchenware, consumables, or chairs, among other things. I wouldn't recommend it to a friend.

I had to call to request a refund because the whole check-in situation was ridiculous. The listed hours were 15-21, so I tried contacting the property in advance in case I arrived late, but got no reply. They also never sent the entry code, and I was left outside in the cold for an hour. I finally got there around 20:50. Nobody answered the bell or the three calls I made to the listed number, despite the international call charges. Eventually someone from the building came out and let me in. There's a sign saying reception, but there isn't one. The ground floor is just a hallway, elevator, and trash room. I don't know why this place gets good reviews, they might be fake. WARNING!!! PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THIS ACCOMMODATION!!! Unless you want to get robbed.
